Job Description | Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Procurement department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Management Trainee Revenue Growth role, which is based in Midrand. The successful candidate will report directly to the respective functional manager. This opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual, who has the potential to be developed for roles within the Corporate Strategy environment. |
Key Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will: • Undergo a 12 months formal training programme to gain knowledge and experience in management, corporate strategy and commercialization principles and apply these to ensure the efficient and effective completion of all delegated tasks and/or projects • Key Focus Outputs will be to support Corporate Strategy development and execution through: • Strategic projects involvement • Conducting research, including collecting external information and completion of enviroscans related to assigned projects and on demand • Undertaking specific quantitative analyses as required related to assigned projects and on demand • Analysis, interpretation and creation of story line based on relevant data • Delivering written and/or verbal presentations of work conducted • Shadowing and/or acting in product Commercialisation roles • Interfacing with various internal stakeholders relevant to the Corporate Strategy team • Developing good working relationships with team members of the wider Strategy & Marketing team Key Attributes & Competencies: • Analytical thinking ability • Strong quantitative skills • Good interpersonal skills • Innovative, conceptual problem solver • Strong writing and oral presentation skills • Self-starter • Dynamic, open minded and flexible • High energy levels with a bias for action • Ability to work in teams • Resilient with strong leadership abilities • Proven track record of high performance • Drive for empowering others • Takes responsibility for their own develop |

Qualifications and Experience • BCom, BCom Hons (Marketing, Business or Finance) • At least 3- 5 years relevant working experience • Competent in Microsoft Office • South African Citizen • Valid driving licence • Own vehicle |
